For Agents & Brokers

Although OMIC provides our products and services directly for ophthalmologists, we recognize that some insureds prefer to use an insurance broker to obtain and maintain their coverage needs.

Therefore, we will work with brokers who have current broker agreements in place with our company.

Potential insureds or brokers without a current broker agreement are encouraged to contact your sales representative for more information.

Access Your Account

Update your user name, password, email preferences, and other profile details.

Obtain Proof of Insurance

You can generate certificates of insurance online, email or fax them as needed, and/or add a new certificate holder.

Access and Update Your Policies

Get information about the policies you represent. Review coverage details, such as the retroactive date, limits, coverage classification, and endorsements (if applicable) for each insured. You can also view discounts, see risk management courses insureds have completed, and access your personal support team. Make changes to your policies, such as adding a new insured or changing an insured’s coverage classification or limits of liability.

Report a Claim or Incident

If the Insured has received a notice of intent, has been served with a summons and complaint, or has other reasons to believe a claim or suit has or will be filed against them, please report it to OMIC as soon as possible.
