Report a New Claim/Incident

Defending a claim of alleged medical malpractice can be complex. If you receive notice of a claim or lawsuit against you, please contact us immediately.

Prompt action will give OMIC’s claims team the best chance of successfully defending your case. In addition to handling claims and suits, OMIC’s Claims Department will assist you with depositions, subpoenas, and records requests, as well as state medical board actions.
