Policyholder Services

We know your time as a physician is very valuable.

We have made it easy for you to access your insurance information, pay your bill, or even report a claim.

Access Your Account

Update your user name, password, email preferences, society memberships, or other profile details. To ensure you receive your Society Discount, we encourage you to review your society membership information periodically.

Make A Payment

You can make a one-time payment without logging in. When logged in, you can view your invoices, make payments, enroll in Autopay, view your payment history, or go paperless.

Access and Update Your Policies

Review your coverage details, such as your retroactive date, limits, coverage classification, and endorsements (if applicable). You can also view your discounts, see your completed risk management courses, and access your personal support team. Make changes to your policy such as adding a new insured or changing your coverage classification or limits of liability.

Obtain Proof of Insurance

You can generate certificates of insurance online, email or fax them as needed, and/or add a new certificate holder.

Take An Online Course

If you aren’t able to attend a live seminar, complete an online course to earn your risk management discount.

Report a Claim or Incident

If you have received a notice of intent, have been served with a summons and complaint, or have other reason to believe a claim or suit has or will be filed against you, please report it to OMIC as soon as possible.
